The fault on the network has now been resolved and service has been restored.

Identified

Due to adverse weather conditions, damage has occurred to a wireless sector serving the area.

An engineer has attended site and carried out all possible remedial work. However, we are currently unable to replace the affected hardware due to ongoing conditions and access limitations.

We are actively working on a repair plan and will restore service as soon as it is safe and practical to do so. We understand the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience while we work to resolve the issue.

We will provide a further update as soon as more information becomes available.

We are currently aware of an ongoing network incident affecting wireless customers in the following areas:

Pulham and surrounding. (BH21)

Wessex Internet engineers are investigating the cause of this issue, and will provide a further update once we have more information available.
