Update
Engineers have identified a FIBRE BREAK in Hinton, Caused by a third party and are currently working to resolve the issue.
We have identified the cause of this incident to be from an unnotified planned works by a 3rd party. We are currently working with this provider to restore services as quickly as possible.
We will continue to provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available.

Bistern (BH24) Holdle (SO41) Holmsley (BH24) High Lea (BH21) And surrounding areas.
Wessex Internet engineers are investigating the cause of this issue, and will provide an update within 1 hour with further information
