Emergency maintenance will be taking place on Wessex Internet servers on 7th April 2026 between the hours of 09:00 to 17:30.

This work involves upgrading our RADIUS authentication servers. The activity is expected to be mostly non–service-affecting, but some customers may experience brief interruptions to authentication-related services during the maintenance window.

Please do not restart or reset your equipment during this period to prevent issues with your service after work has been completed.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
