Through our continued monitoring of this issue, unfortunately we are still experiencing problems as before. We are still working hard on trying to resolve this. Further updates will be posted here as and when we have them for you.

Our engineer has been onsite and we hope to have now fixed this issue. We will continue to monitor this in the meantime.
