Overnight on Friday 15th December through to the early hours of Saturday 16th December, M12 will be moving out of our Digital Realty Meridian Gate (MER) data centre presence to a new and improved Telehouse North (THN) rack. Our presence in Equinix LD8 (previously called Harbour Exchange 8/9 or HEX) will remain unaffected during this migration.
During this time, access to the following services will be interrupted:
- End User Portal.
- Phone System.
End customer Internet connections, SMTP, DNS and RADIUS will all continue to operate via resilient services in our LD8 facility.
Start Time of maintenance window: 23:00 Friday 15th December
End Time of maintenance window: 09:00 Saturday 16th December
Start of physical migration: 00:01 Saturday 16th December
Planned end of physical migration & network operation: 05:00 Saturday 16th December
